Register on Health care Connect. It is a program which refers you to a nurse practitioner or local doctor of your area. You need to fill a form and need to have the health card.
Check with the nearest hospital. If you are unable to find a doctor near you then you can also ask the doctors in the nearest hospital which might have a unit specially made for family practice.
